About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced General Manager – Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) to lead our corporate M&A strategy and execution. Reporting directly to the Director Strategy, M&A at N-2 level, this role is pivotal in driving acquisitions that strengthen our market position and deliver long-term growth.

The GM – M&A will identify, evaluate, and manage acquisition targets, oversee due diligence and transaction execution, and develop integration plans to maximize business value.

Key Responsibilities
✔ Develop and refine the M&A strategy aligned with corporate objectives
✔ Identify, assess, and value acquisition targets through market research & analysis
✔ Lead the due diligence process across financial, operational, and strategic dimensions
✔ Drive transaction execution & negotiations with legal, finance, and operational teams
✔ Oversee integration planning to ensure smooth post-acquisition alignment
✔ Track market trends to inform M&A strategies and adapt to industry shifts
✔ Prepare and present M&A progress reports to executive leadership

What We’re Looking For
Qualification:

• Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence expertise
• Exceptional negotiation & communication skills
• Proven critical thinking & creative problem-solving in M&A contexts
• Ability to manage multiple high-impact transactions in fast-paced environments

Experience:

• 10+ years in M&A, investment banking, or capital markets
• Demonstrated track record of successful deal leadership, preferably in industrial/manufacturing sectors
