Department: Strategic Development Region Middle East New Business Branch
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, 2.International Marketing, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
3.Master’s degree with extensive Middle East market experience is a plus.
1.Minimum of 5 years of experience in the oil & gas, oilfield services, or EPC industries, with proven success in international business development or project sales.
2.Prior experience in the Middle East market (particularly Gulf countries) is preferred, with an understanding of local market dynamics, regulations, and business culture.
3.Direct experience in end-to-end market development, from lead generation to project delivery, is highly desirable.
1.Fluent in English (spoken and written), capable of conducting business negotiations and contract discussions.
2.Proficiency in Arabic or Chinese is an advantage.
1.Strong understanding of the oil and gas industry, including client relationship management, bidding/tendering processes, and contract frameworks.
2.Proven ability to design and implement independent market entry and expansion strategies.
3.Excellent business negotiation and cross-cultural communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive decisions across different stakeholders.
4.Strategic mindset and strong market insight; capable of identifying opportunities, building partnerships, and mitigating risks.
5.Strong project management, execution, and budget control capabilities, with a results-oriented approach.

2.Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills, with the ability to build and maintain strategic networks.
3.Fast learner, open-minded, and proactive in embracing new market challenges and integrating into diverse cultural environments.
4.Demonstrated leadership and accountability, with the ability to mobilize teams and align internal and external resources.
1.Willingness to work abroad (based in the Middle East) or travel frequently across the region.
2.Must possess valid travel documents (passport, visa eligibility, etc.).
3.Candidates with established client networks or local market connections in the Middle East will be given priority.
