General MANAGER (Only for Males)

Job description
Our non-profit organization is looking for a motivated and skilled Manager to oversee daily operations, enhance fundraising efforts, and guide our team toward achieving our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Efficiently manage office operations and administrative tasks.

2. Plan, develop, and implement effective fundraising strategies.

3. Oversee social media management and online promotional campaigns.

4. Ensure full compliance with regulations of SECP, Pakistan Centre for Philanthropy (PCP), Punjab Charity Commission, and other relevant authorities.

5. Supervise and motivate staff to enhance productivity and maintain team morale.

6. Communicate and coordinate with donors, stakeholders, and relevant government bodies.

7. Manage financial records and ensure proper reporting.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Preferred: Master’s degree in Public Administration, Human Resource, or Social Work.

- Solid experience in non-profit management, including office administration and leadership.

- Strong expertise in fundraising, grant writing, and managing donor relations.

- Competent in handling social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.

- Well-versed with SECP, PCP, Punjab Charity Commission regulations, and government compliance.

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Capacity to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

Experience:

- Minimum of three years of experience in a reputable non-profit organization is required.

Pay: From Rs90,000.00 per month
