Position - General Manager (Operations)

Location: Khobar Saudi Arabia
Industry: Industrial Manufacturing / Building Materials

Salary Range: SAR 60,000 – 75,000 per month

We are seeking an experienced General Manager with full end-to-end accountability for business performance. The role carries complete ownership of P&L, operations, commercial results, and people leadership.

This position is ideal for a strong operator who thrives in lean environments and can drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Full P&L ownership and financial performance management
• Lead and optimize manufacturing, operations, supply chain, and sales activities
• Drive cost control, productivity improvement, and operational efficiency
• Develop and execute short- and long-term business strategies aligned with group objectives
• Build and maintain a performance-driven culture in a lean organization
• Lead change initiatives to improve efficiency and stabilize operations
• Work closely with the Group COO and senior leadership on key business decisions
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety, and quality standards

Candidate Profile

• 15+ years of experience in industrial / manufacturing environments
• Proven senior leadership experience in roles such as:
• General Manager
• Plant Head
• Operations Director / Head of Operations
• Business Unit Head

Strong operations-focused mindset with solid commercial and financial acumen

• Demonstrated experience managing lean structures with limited support functions
• Proven ability to lead change, improve efficiency, and drive results
• Clear career progression (e.g., Engineer → Plant Leadership → GM level)
• Saudi Arabia experience is mandatory
