General Manager Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee nationwide logistics, transportation, and fleet operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Drive operational performance, productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction across all business units.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and processes to support business growth.
• Monitor key operational KPIs, fleet utilization, service levels, and cost performance.
• Ensure effective planning and allocation of fleet, drivers, and operational resources.
• Lead and develop regional operations teams, fostering accountability and high performance.
• Collaborate with commercial, finance, and support functions to achieve organizational objectives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, and operational excellence.
• Manage client relationships and support the successful execution of key accounts and projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• 10–15 years of experience in logistics, transportation, fleet management, or operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of fleet operations, transportation management, and supply chain processes.
• Proven experience managing large operational teams and multiple locations.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive operational efficiency and profitability.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in operational reporting, data analysis, and performance management.

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
