We are seeking a highly experienced General Manager (Overseas) with a strong background in overseas consultancy and recruitment. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in overseas manpower consultancy and a proven track record in handling end-to-end recruitment operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage day-to-day office operations and employee performance.
* Develop, implement, and monitor strategies for overseas recruitment and consultancy.
* Handle client management, ensuring long-term partnerships and business growth.
* Ensure compliance with legal, industry, and international recruitment standards.
* Lead and motivate the team to achieve organizational goals and KPIs.
* Manage reporting and overall organizational efficiency.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in overseas consultancy and overseas recruitment industry.
* Strong knowledge of international recruitment processes, documentation, and compliance.
* Excellent leadership and people management skills.
* Strong client relationship management experience.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
* Minimum of 4+ years of experience in overseas consultancy/recruitment.
* Prior managerial or leadership experience in a similar industry.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
