As the General Manager, you will be the driving force behind the park's profitability, innovation, and sustainable growth, ensuring it remains a future-ready hub for the global pharma industry.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & P&L Management

Drive Strategy:
Lead the overall growth and profitability of the Pharma City, developing long-term business plans.

Revenue Growth:
Identify and implement new revenue streams, including renewable energy initiatives and customer base expansion.

Financial Stewardship:
Oversee budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting while ensuring accurate billing and timely lease collections.
Operations & Infrastructure Excellence

O&M Oversight:
Manage the operation and maintenance of critical park infrastructure, including roads, utilities, water treatment plants, and cogeneration facilities.

Innovation:
Lead the implementation of automation and the establishment of a central control center for integrated park management.

Project Management:
Oversee capital expenditure projects and optimize R&D facilities.
Stakeholder & Regulatory Relations

Partnerships:
Build strong relationships with resident pharma companies to address complex operational needs.

Liaison:
Act as the primary point of contact for state government departments, regulators, and political stakeholders.

Community Engagement:
Maintain the park’s social license to operate by fostering positive relationships with local communities.
Governance & Sustainability

Compliance:
Ensure 100% adherence to environmental standards, legal frameworks, and occupational health and safety regulations.

ESG Leadership:
Champion sustainability initiatives and ESG targets within all park operations.
Who We Are Looking For

Experience:
A minimum of
20+ years
of leadership experience in large-scale industrial operations, infrastructure, or the management of pharma/chemical industrial parks.

Education:
Postgraduate degree in Engineering or Management from a reputed institution.

Regional Expertise:
Candidates from
Andhra Pradesh
are preferred, with local language proficiency required for effective liaison with government and community stakeholders.

Strong commercial acumen, expertise in utilities and automation, and a proven track record in P&L management and stakeholder engagement.
