General Manager – Plant (Frozen Foods / Meat Processing)

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager – Plant to lead end-to-end manufacturing operations for a large-scale frozen foods and meat processing facility. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring product quality and food safety, and delivering on business targets related to efficiency, cost, and production output.

Job Description:

• Lead overall plant operations including production, planning, and execution
• Ensure achievement of production targets, efficiency, and cost control
• Ensure quality, food safety, and compliance standards are maintained
• Oversee production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across plant operations
• Lead R&D initiative to actively do product innovation for local and international markets
• Manage cross-functional coordination with supply chain, QA, maintenance, and finance depts.
• Optimize manpower utilization and plant productivity
• Lead and develop high-performing plant teams

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Tech/Science, Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering.

Experience: 10-15 years of experience in food manufacturing, with a strong focus on frozen foods or meat processing
