Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven
General Manager
to lead and oversee the full operations of a plastic bags manufacturing facility in Doha. The ideal candidate will have extensive factory and manufacturing experience within the plastic bags or related plastic packaging industry, strong leadership capabilities, and a hands-on management approach. Key Responsibilities

Lead overall factory operations, including production, maintenance, quality, supply chain, and administration.

Drive manufacturing efficiency, productivity, and cost optimization while maintaining high-quality standards.

Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business goals and market demand.

Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements.

Manage and mentor department heads and factory staff, fostering a high-performance culture.

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of the manufacturing unit.

Coordinate with sales and commercial teams to ensure timely production and delivery.

Monitor raw material procurement, inventory control, and vendor management.

Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance output and reduce waste.

Report directly to ownership/board on operational performance and strategic matters.
Required Experience & Qualifications

Minimum 15 years of experience
in manufacturing, preferably within
plastic bags.

Proven experience as a
General Manager
in a manufacturing environment.

Strong
factory operations and production management
background.
