General Manager - Project Civil-
Candidates preferably BE in civil with above 25 to 30 years’ experience in complete project execution & finishes in Commercial projects & working as part of the project management team. (PMC)
Candidates are preferred . The Job brief is as under:
1. Business Intelligence, Market Assessment, Business Planning and Business Development activities.
2. Design Management, Engineering Economics and Cost Analysis wrt Capex, Opex & ROIs.
3. DPR --- Detailed Project Report with capex estimated and duration of project, Consultants and design concept drafts and costing feasibilities, Estimated Capex with breaks in packages and major tech spec details, Alternatives and value engg and scheme finalization, Bid document BOQ with drawings and details.
4. Strategically planning Man, Method, Money, Machinery and Material wrt set target & budget in line with overall business needs for the given fiscal year wrt long term goal of business entities. Directing & driving manpower towards assigned responsibilities & targets. And monitor & control the cost, quality & time of the same.
5. - conceptualization, site assessment & surveys, environment impact assessment, preliminary planning, evaluation of design concepts, technologies studies, layout freezing, feasibility & detailed project report generation, budget preparation for entire project, master project schedule preparation and fixing of zero date. Coordination & Project Progress reporting with financial institutions for fund raising through loans and equity/shares/mortgage.
6. - With respect to process / facility requirements and allotted budget, verification & freezing of design calculations, equipment sizing, drawings done by designing agencies, dividing complete project work scope into various packages wrt their cost & lead times, package wise tender documents preparation.
7. - Vendor sourcing, prequalification, package wise issuing enquiries/ tenders and receiving offers, techno-commercial bid analysis, vendor drawings review, putting up purchase recommendations to management, contracting & ordering.
8. - Planning, scheduling & control of tasks by contractors & their sub vendor, cost, quality & time control, communication management, interface coordination, contract administration, progress evaluation, expediting deliveries, material inspection & testing, construction & erection monitoring, installation stage wise inspection and supervision of commissioning, on site cost monitoring, controlled execution, onsite technical issues resolving, running bills certification, snagging, handing over documentation & training, final payments & project closure audits.
