General Manager – QSR exp.

We are seeking a General Manager who knows how to run a tight operation, build strong teams, and deliver great guest experiences every day.

As General Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind daily operations, team leadership, and customer satisfaction. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on accountability, knows QSR inside and out, and is ready to take ownership of a busy location.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Leading and developing a high-performing team
• Managing all day-to-day operations with precision and energy
• Driving sales, controlling food and labor costs, and hitting performance goals
• Creating a positive, motivated, and guest-focused environment
• Ensuring operational excellence, cleanliness, and compliance at every level

Ideal Candidate Has:

• Solid QSR background with prior GM or AGM experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven track record in managing costs and boosting team performance
• Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced, guest-first setting
• A hands-on, team-driven management style

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
