Job Responsibilities

• Overall management of real estate operations including sales, marketing, and administration
• Develop and implement company strategies to increase revenue and market share
• Lead, manage, and motivate sales and site teams
• Monitor daily business activities and ensure smooth workflow
• Build strong relationships with investors, clients, and business partners
• Oversee project planning, site progress, and sales targets
• Prepare monthly performance reports and growth plans
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local real estate regulations
• Coordinate with directors and provide regular business updates

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Minimum 5–8 years experience in real estate or property management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities
• Proven experience in sales growth and project handling
• Knowledge of Bahawalpur real estate market preferred
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
