Charlotte, NC | $55,000–$70,000 annually (depending on experience) | Full-time. Hours M-Sat 8am to 4pm.

About Us

Brooks’ Sandwich House is a Charlotte landmark since 1973, famous for burgers, hot dogs, and fast, friendly service. We’re family-owned and looking for a hands-on General Manager to run daily operations and lead our team.

What You’ll Do

• Manage daily operations, managing staff, and customer service

• Shop for inventory and supplies daily

• Control costs, and scheduling

• Ensure food safety and cleanliness

• Work hands-on during peak hours

• Report directly to ownership

What We’re Looking For

• ServSafe Manager Certificate (required)

• 3+ years restaurant management experience (fast casual preferred)

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

• Reliable, trustworthy, and ready to keep Brooks’ tradition alive

• Driver’s license & reliable transportation (require)
