General Manager - Restaurant

A high volume brewery in Suffolk, VA is looking for a great General Manager to join their team!

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of similar management experience in high volume bar operations.
• Great leadership skills and hands on manager.
• Strong financial acumen experience.

Requirements:

• Reviews budgets, operating statements, and payroll progress reports to support departmental financial management.
• Oversees daily shift operations to ensure compliance with all restaurant policies, standards, and procedures.
• Monitors daily sales performance; reviews covers, capture ratios, and average checks to ensure revenue goals are met or exceeded.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $80,000.00 per year
