Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our restaurant team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food service industry, with a proven track record in managing operations, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving profitability. Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service.
  • Manage staff recruitment, training, and development to build a strong team committed to excellence.
  • Implement effective inventory control measures to minimize waste and optimize costs.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Utilize POS systems (Aloha POS, Micros POS) for efficient cash handling and reporting.
  • Develop and manage budgets while monitoring financial performance to achieve business goals.
  • Foster a positive work culture that encourages teamwork and employee engagement.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with kitchen management to ensure timely food production and quality service delivery.
  • Lead shift management activities, ensuring smooth operations during peak hours.

Skills

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or related roles within the food industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with cash handling procedures and inventory management practices.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff through training & development initiatives.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on enhancing guest experiences.
  • Ability to manage budgets effectively while maintaining operational efficiency.
  • Experience in supervising teams within quick service & fast food or casual dining environments is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food handling is essential.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
