We are seeking an energetic and dynamic General Manager - Restaurant to lead our dining establishment. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. Duties

- Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations
- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
- Regularly review product quality and research new vendors
- Organize and supervise shifts on Sling
- Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
- Provide a staff performance review for all employees as needed
- Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it
- Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
- Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses and go over them with your area director bi-weekly.
- Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events
- Recommend ways to reach a broader audience (e.g. discounts and social media ads
- Maintain and upkeep the Spothopper Ads and Google Reviews
- Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
- Address policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
- Coordinate housekeeping with kitchen manager
- Maintain a check off list for all employees
- Making sure all employees are following their job assignments and procedures: servers, bussers, dishwashers, expos, bartenders, bar manager, kitchen manager, and cooks.
Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
