Apt Resources is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead the food and beverage operations for one of our clients in the Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing daily restaurant activities, and driving operational excellence. Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all aspects of restaurant operations to ensure high standards of quality and service.

Requirements-
Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager, preferably within luxury hotels or upscale dining establishments.
- Strong familiarity with Michelin Guide standards (preferred) and/or Forbes Travel Guide standards (acceptable).
- Experience working in or opening venues that have achieved Michelin recognition is highly desirable.
- Background in hotel-based F&B operations is essential, with the ability to operate effectively within multi-layered leadership structures (e.g., reporting to F&B Director, Resort Manager, General Manager).
- Demonstrated adaptability transitioning between standalone restaurants and hotel environments, with a strong understanding of both dynamics.
