- Sales Strategy & Business Development
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve dealership sales targets (retail, fleet, and corporate).
- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitor activities to drive growth.
- Expand dealership reach through innovative marketing and sales initiatives.
- Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team (retail executives, corporate sales, fleet sales, exchange, finance & insurance team).
- Set performance targets and monitor achievement through regular reviews.
- Provide training, coaching, and development to enhance team productivity.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective engagement and relationship management.
- Handle escalated customer issues promptly to maintain goodwill and dealership reputation.
- Promote customer loyalty and referrals through after-sales engagement.
- Financial Performance & Reporting
- Monitor sales budgets, profitability, and expenses.
- Ensure achievement of sales margins and dealership revenue goals.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance to senior management.
- Operational Excellence
- Oversee day-to-day sales operations including showroom management, test drives, pricing, and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) standards and dealership policies.
- Coordinate with service, spare parts, and finance departments for seamless customer experience.
