Role Overview:
The General Manager Sales and Marketing at Ueir Organic Foods is a strategic leadership role responsible for brand positioning, marketing strategy, business growth planning, and multi-channel revenue expansion. You will lead Brand, Digital, Performance Marketing, Retail Sales Strategy, and Financial Planning for Growth — creating a powerful synergy between creative marketing and hard business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand & Marketing Leadership
- Own and evolve the brand identity and customer positioning for Ueir Organic Foods.
- Build and lead high-impact campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, influencer networks, and offline activations.
- Ensure consistent storytelling across retail, café, D2C platforms, and social media.
- Develop viral, value-based content strategies that build emotional customer connection.
- Monitor brand health metrics — awareness, recall, sentiment, and customer trust.
2. Business Growth & Strategy
- Craft and execute quarterly and annual marketing & growth plans.
- Drive monthly revenue targets for both retail and online verticals.
- Coordinate closely with product, supply chain, operations, and cafe teams for launch rollouts.
- Leverage data to scale high-performing SKUs and campaigns.
3. Online & Retail Sales Oversight
- Align marketing and sales funnel performance across online store (D2C), marketplaces, and physical outlets.
- Support retail teams with footfall generation campaigns, in-store experience, and LTV strategies.
- Implement conversion-focused marketing for online channels: SEO, paid ads, email, affiliates, and performance tracking.
4. Business Planning & Financial Forecasting
- Collaborate with finance and leadership team to plan marketing budgets, revenue projections, and cost vs ROI models.
- Forecast and track key KPIs — CAC, ROAS, Customer LTV, online/offline sales contribution, profitability targets.
- Ensure profitable growth with a sharp eye on unit economics and operating margins.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Build and manage internal marketing team, agencies, creative partners, and performance vendors.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, product development, and customer service.
- Set clear KPIs for teams, and drive accountability through dashboards and reviews.
Key Requirements:
- 8-15 years of experience in Brand, Marketing, or Growth roles, ideally in D2C, FMCG, or Retail sectors.
- Proven track record of scaling brands & revenues across digital and retail.
- Strong understanding of brand-building and data-driven marketing.
- Experience managing P&L, sales forecasting, marketing budgets, and business projections.
- Leadership experience with cross-functional teams and agency partners.
- Passion for organic, sustainable, and clean food movements is a strong plus.
