The General Manager – Sales & Marketing will be responsible for leading the company’s revenue growth, brand positioning, and market expansion strategies. This role requires strategic leadership to drive sales performance across all branches, develop marketing campaigns, and ensure consistent achievement of business targets in immigration and study abroad services.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement nationwide sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Lead, mentor, and manage Sales Managers and branch sales teams
- Monitor sales KPIs, conversion ratios, and pipeline performance across all branches
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments
- Ensure proper follow-ups, lead management, and client conversion processes
Marketing & Brand Management
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies (digital, offline, events, and partnerships)
- Oversee social media, paid advertising campaigns, and brand positioning
- Coordinate with creative teams for content, campaigns, and promotional material
- Strengthen OWILC’s brand presence in immigration and study abroad consultancy
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize ROI
Business Development
- Identify and develop new revenue streams (e.g., new immigration programs, study destinations)
- Establish partnerships with international institutions, agents, and stakeholders
- Expand branch network and market reach across Pakistan
- Lead corporate tie-ups and B2B opportunities
Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales and marketing teams
- Set individual and team KPIs with strict accountability frameworks
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement improvement plans
- Foster a results-driven, target-oriented culture
Operations & Process Optimization
- Standardize sales processes, scripts, and SOPs across all branches
- Ensure CRM systems are effectively used for tracking leads and conversions
- Improve customer journey from lead generation to final conversion
- Collaborate with operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding
Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly performance reports to senior management
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights
- Use data-driven decision-making to improve sales and marketing effectiveness
Key Requirements:Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 5–10+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing (preferably in immigration, education consultancy, or services industry)
- Proven track record of achieving high revenue targets
- Experience managing multi-branch or regional sales teams
