Thank you for your consideration in working for The Porch Venue LLC. The Lubbock location will operate in accordance with the business model provided by the owner, Trevor Daniel. Changes to the business model will need to be approved by the owner, Trevor Daniel, before being implemented.
Below is a breakdown of the base salary, commission structure, the General Manager’s weekly responsibilities and qualifications.
BASE SALARY: First 90 Days of operation will be a probationary period. The base salary will be $3,000.00 dollars per month + commission pay.
General Manager/Sales Operation Manager’s Responsibilities:
- Running every night of operation – YOU lock the doors!
- Complete care of the facility/venue
- Maintaining and managing of staff
- Staff scheduling
- Scheduling private parties / Closing nights down due to capacity
- Keeping a written manifest
- Managing emails and phone calls
- Managing inventory (ex: shells, clays, bar, miscellaneous)
- Upkeep of property (ex: mowing, bug spraying, etc.) NO OUTSOURCING
- Finding private parties during the week - Minimum of 3 private parties per month
- Attending Chamber of Commerce meetings for leads
- Keeping Friday and Saturday nights occupied over 75% capacity
- Getting videos, pictures, and testimonies from every shoot for social media
