HOTWORX seeks a rockstar General Manager who embodies our cutting-edge, energetic brand voice and knows how to make a positive impact—online, inside the studio, and out in the local community.

Key Responsibilities

1. Studio Leadership & Team Development

  • Recruit, train, coach, and inspire a high-performing staff of sales associates and trainers, fostering a collaborative and accountable work environment aligned with HOTWORX core values.
  • Lead by example with infectious energy, professional conduct, and a hands-on presence—ensure the studio is spotless, inviting, and operating at peak efficiency.
  • Facilitate weekly staff meetings, ongoing training, and performance reviews designed to elevate every team member’s growth and results.
  • Promote a fun, purposeful, inclusive workplace culture where every member feels supported and empowered.

2. Social Media & Digital Marketing Mastery

  • Create and execute vibrant, on-brand content strategies across primary platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) that showcase client achievements, wellness education, challenges, and studio events.
  • Engage directly with the community through live sessions, Q&As, behind-the-scenes footage, and interactive campaigns that convert followers into devoted members.
  • Track social metrics, analyze insights, and adjust for maximum reach and engagement.
  • Leverage digital ads, email campaigns, and influencer partnerships to drive studio traffic and amplify awareness.

3. Business-to-Business (B2B) Partnerships & Community Outreach

  • Strategically network with Bluewaters, Dubai businesses, health providers, fitness professionals, and local organizations to create promotional opportunities, cross-referral agreements, and event partnerships.
  • Initiate outreach for corporate wellness programs, speaking engagements, community events, pop-up workshops, and local sponsorships.
  • Represent HOTWORX with passion at local fitness fairs, wellness expos, and neighborhood happenings.

4. Client Acquisition, Retention & Account Management

  • Develop and execute client acquisition strategies: presales, high-converting tours, referral programs, targeted promotions, and irresistible membership offers.
  • Deliver outstanding consultative sales—listen deeply to prospects, present tailored wellness solutions, track the sales pipeline, and achieve or exceed monthly new member targets.
  • Manage the client lifecycle: welcome onboarding, periodic check-ins, feedback surveys (NPS), and proactive engagement to maximize satisfaction, renewals, and referrals.
  • Handle account management with diligence—track memberships, process requests, resolve concerns quickly, and foster strong, lasting relationships.

5. Studio Operations & Financial Performance

  • Oversee all daily studio functions, including scheduling, inventory, facility maintenance, and policy compliance in alignment with HOTWORX standards.
  • Maximize revenue per square foot with effective appointment management and 24/7 access oversight.
  • Monitor studio KPIs, budgets, and P&L statements—report progress, identify trends, and execute targeted action plans for business growth.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols, CPR/AED certification, and company policies at all times.

Essential Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a management role, ideally in fitness, wellness, or hospitality settings. Prior HOTWORX experience is a plus.
  • Experience leading teams, recruiting/selecting staff, and designing training programs
  • Strong track record in sales, business development, and hitting measurable KPIs
  • Digital marketing and social media content management expertise—demonstrated experience growing accounts, overseeing campaigns, and leveraging analytics tools
  • Proven success in relationship building and B2B networking (local partnerships)
  • Bachelor’s degree in fitness, health, business, hospitality, or related field (preferred but not required)
  • CPR/AED/First Aid certification (current or must be obtained upon hiring)
