Russian Speaking Sales Director

El Toro Digital Agency is a newly launched agency based in Dubai. We're building our core team and client base from scratch. Our mission is to help clients achieve their marketing and business goals through smart, results-driven digital solutions.

We're looking for a Sales Director who can take full ownership of the sales strategy, build a high-performing team, and drive revenue growth from the ground up.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Develop and implement the agency's sales strategy
• Lead and grow a team of Sales Managers and Account Managers
• Set goals and KPIs, track performance and ensure target achievement
• Build and scale an efficient sales funnel and client acquisition process
• Analyze the market, identify growth opportunities and new business verticals
• Take part in high-value negotiations and closing major deals
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective lead generation campaigns

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Previous experience in digital, creative, or marketing agencies is a strong plus
• Proven track record of building and managing high-performing sales teams
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Strategic mindset with a focus on growth and scalability
• Fluent English (required for client and team communication)
• Fluent Russian (required for internal communication)
• Proactive, leadership-driven, and able to inspire and motivate others
