General Manager Technical Services

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our operations and drive the growth of our technical services company. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, strategic vision, and a proven track record in managing technical teams and business operations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and excellence in service delivery.
• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve growth and profitability targets.
• Lead, mentor, and manage technical and administrative teams.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines to ensure client satisfaction.
• Foster relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in technical service management or related industry.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws, business regulations, and industry standards.
• Ability to drive operational excellence and business growth.
