About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic General Manager to lead JCB’s operations in Turkey. Based in Istanbul, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving growth, strengthening dealer partnerships, and building lasting relationships with key customers. This is an exciting opportunity to shape JCB’s future in one of our most important markets.


What Does This Role Involve Day to Day?

  • Lead and Inspire: Manage and mentor a motivated team, ensuring alignment with JCB’s global strategy.
  • Drive Market Growth: Identify new opportunities, expand market coverage, and support dealers in reaching ambitious targets.
  • Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with major customers and stakeholders, delivering tailored solutions such as finance options, buyback programs, and machine care packages.
  • Sales Performance: Work closely with dealers to convert opportunities into confirmed orders and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee daily operations, manage dealer strategies, and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Financial Accountability: Handle budgets, forecasts, and pricing strategies to maintain competitiveness and profitability.

This Will Be Suited to You If

  • You’re a strategic thinker with a proven track record in business development and team leadership.
  • You have deep knowledge of the construction equipment industry and understand the Turkish market landscape.
  • You’re results-driven, ready to take ownership and deliver growth.
  • You excel at building relationships, negotiating, and influencing at all levels.
  • You’re fluent in English and Turkish, with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • You’re comfortable working with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales planning tools.
