General Manager (Wellness Studio)

Our client, a leading wellness studio offering premium holistic health and fitness services, is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee operations across its Dubai and Abu Dhabi branches. The GM will be responsible for driving business performance, ensuring exceptional customer experience, leading multi-site teams, and upholding the studio’s brand values.

Strategic Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end studio operations and enable staff to take ownership of key business functions; balance on-site presence across Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
• Develop and execute sales roadmap and integrated marketing strategies across both studios.
• Lead corporate outreach to cultivate and strengthen strategic partnerships.
• Identify and execute brand collaboration opportunities that reinforce market positioning.
• Develop hotel partnerships in Dubai and Abu Dhabi to broaden client acquisition funnels.
• Evolve the studio’s service portfolio by introducing trend-aligned offerings.
• Curate monthly workshops that enhance member engagement across both branches.
• Plan and host community-building events in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
• Coordinate influencer collaborations to expand brand visibility and reach.
• Drive private-session bookings and elevate personalized client experiences.

Organizational & People Leadership

• Lead, coach, and performance-manage the team to support capability building and growth.
• Oversee administrative workflows and build internal capabilities to transition responsibilities to team members.
• Establish and institutionalize standard operating procedures for instructors and administrative teams.
• Maintain flexible working hours to support operational effectiveness.

Operational Responsibilities

• Manage social media presence and optimize Google Ads to drive targeted growth.
• Manage payroll with accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage studio PnL, ensure all decisions improve growth while also balancing profitability
