General Manager/Branch Manager/ Commercial Manager - Female

We're Hiring: General Manager / Commercial Manager / Branch Manager Location: Dubai | Full-time | Startup Experience Preferred

Are you a strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset? We're looking for a dynamic leader to take ownership of a creative business in the education/art industry. This is a hands-on role for someone with a proven track record in launching or running a small business.

AN ENTERPRENRIAL APPROAH IS A MUST.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Setup & Strategy

  • Develop and refine the company's commercial and operational strategy in alignment with overall business goals.

EXPAND THE COMPAY PRODUCTS AND SERVICES OFFERING

  • Oversee company setup, structure, and operational planning.
  • Identify growth opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.

Sales & Business Development

  • Build and lead the sales strategy from the ground up.
  • Develop B2B and B2C sales pipelines, manage key accounts, and drive customer retention.
  • Set pricing models, targets, and performance metrics.

Marketing & Branding

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, event-based).
  • Manage branding, website, social media presence, and promotional activities.
  • Analyze customer trends and competitor activity to improve market positioning.

Financial Management

  • Set up financial systems (invoicing, budgeting, forecasting, reporting).
  • Monitor cash flow, manage expenses, and oversee P&L accountability.
  • Liaise with external finance partners (auditors, banks, accountants).

Operations Management

  • Oversee the daily operations of the office, including vendor and inventory management (especially for printing services).
  • Develop workflows, SOPs, and operational KPIs.
  • Ensure high service standards, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage general administration, HR coordination, and facilities oversight.

Team Leadership & Culture

  • Build and lead a lean team across departments.
  • Foster a performance-driven, collaborative, and efficient workplace culture.
  • Ensure employee productivity, training, and morale remain high.

Requirements:

  • 5-7+ years of experience in a senior commercial, sales, or general management role.
  • Demonstrated success in setting up and scaling a business or commercial operation.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing, sales, finance, and business operations.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple roles and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in the printing industry or a service-based business is a strong advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (preferred). Who We're Looking For:
