Job Description:

The General Manager will spearhead all business operations and commercial strategies for the Dubai office, with a strong emphasis on driving sustained growth in the NVOCC liner segment. This position requires in-depth expertise in the UAE maritime sector, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven history of success in business development and operational management within the shipping and logistics industry.

· Lead and oversee all business operations and commercial strategies for the Dubai office.

· Drive sustained growth and strengthen the company’s presence in the NVOCC liner segment.

· Leverage deep expertise in the UAE maritime sector to support strategic and operational decisions.

· Demonstrate strong leadership capabilities to guide teams and ensure high-performance outcomes.

· Apply a proven track record in business development and operational management within the shipping and logistics industry.

Job Specification:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Maritime Studies, or a related field; MBA preferred.

· 7–10 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 5 years in NVOCC liner development within the UAE/GCC.

· Strong industry network and established contacts across the UAE shipping and logistics sector.

· Proven capability to meet business targets and manage complex, fast-paced operations.

· Comprehensive knowledge of shipping regulations, maritime compliance requirements, and documentation processes.

· Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

· Hands-on experience with digital freight platforms and ERP systems.

· High integrity with a customer-focused, performance-driven mindset.
