General Manager – Projects (Architecture)

Location: Head Office & On-Site | Job Type: Full-time

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced General Manager – Projects with a strong architectural background to lead the planning, design, and execution of large-scale construction and experiential projects. The ideal candidate will combine creative design insight with robust project management expertise to deliver high-quality outcomes within scope, time, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project delivery — from concept and design to installation and handover
• Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies
• Manage multidisciplinary teams, vendors, and consultants to ensure smooth execution
• Identify risks and implement effective contingency measures
• Drive innovative and techno-creative project solutions
• Establish transparent reporting and communication frameworks across teams
• Experience in Government projects and tenders is essential

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s (mandatory) or Master’s degree in Architecture
• 15–20 years of overall experience, with 10–12 years in a Project Head role
• Strong exposure to creative design and project management

Technical Skills:

• Software: MS Office, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop (MSP preferred)
• Added advantage: Basic understanding of Networking & DMX Integration
