Summary
CentraCare is seeking a compassionate, skillful Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our comprehensive Neurosciences team focusing on Neurology services. You will work collaboratively with neurologists and multidisciplinary care teams to provide high-quality care for patients with a wide range of neurological conditions. Provide evaluation and management for a broad spectrum of acute and chronic neurological conditions across the lifespan.

Schedule

• Full-Time 1.0 FTE

• Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm

• No weekends, Holidays, or call
  

Pay and Benefits

• Salary range: $116,480 - $156,936 per year

  • Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity
  • Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
  • May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.

Qualifications

• Certified as a Nurse Practitioner or Minnesota Physician Assistant Licensure
• Current American Heart Association BLS Healthcare Provider card
• Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration number prior to receiving clinical privileges.
• Experience in Neurology, Neurosurgery, Pain Management or Acute Care, preferred.
• Open to new grads
