General Office Clerk

Position Overview

MAD Events is seeking a General Office Clerk to support daily administrative operations at our Hartford office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Organize and file documents (physical and digital)
  • Assist with scheduling and internal coordination
  • Support payroll and onboarding documentation
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
  • Maintain office supplies and assist with general office tasks

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Professional communication skills
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Authorized to work in the United States
