Role Description
We are seeking a General Practitioner (GP) with proven experience in Homecare to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This is a full-time on-site role responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to patients in their home environment.
The GP will conduct home visits, perform thorough assessments, diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions, and provide preventive healthcare advice. The ideal candidate will coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and uphold our high standards of clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities
*Conduct home visits to assess, diagnose, and manage patients’ medical conditions.
*Provide primary care and preventive health services tailored to individual patient needs.
*Coordinate with nurses, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient management.
*Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records through EMR systems.
Offer medical guidance and support to the homecare team as required.
*Stay current with medical advancements and participate in ongoing clinical training sessions.
*Ensure compliance with DHA regulations and organizational clinical standards.

Qualifications & Requirements
*Medical Degree (MD or equivalent) with a valid UAE MOH/DHA license to practice.
*Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Homecare or Family Medicine within Dubai.
*Strong expertise in Primary Care, Family Medicine, and General Practice.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Fluency in Arabic is mandatory (English proficiency also required).
*Proficiency in using healthcare technologies, Telehealth platforms, and EMR systems is an advantage.
