Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and experienced General Practitioner (GP) to join our team in Dubai on a full-time basis. The GP will be responsible for providing medical consultations with a focus on weight-loss management, reviewing patient blood test results, and offering clinical guidance related to our Valeo health programs and products.
The ideal candidate will have strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a patient-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities

1. Clinical Consultations

• Provide general medical consultations for patients enrolled in weight-loss programs.
• Assess patient conditions, review histories, prescribe treatment plans, and monitor progress.

2. Weight-Loss Program Support

• Offer professional guidance on safe and effective weight-management strategies.
• Evaluate patient needs and tailor recommendations based on clinical findings.
• Monitor patient adherence and adjust care plans as required.

3. Blood Test Interpretation & Feedback

• Review and interpret patient blood test reports.
• Explain results clearly to patients and provide medical recommendations.
• Identify risk factors, deficiencies, or abnormalities and advise corrective steps.

4. Valeo Program & Product Support

• Provide clinical inputs related to Valeo health products, supplements, and protocols.
• Ensure recommendations are aligned with medical best practices and company guidelines.
• Offer ongoing medical support for patients using Valeo products.

5. Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with DHA regulations.
• Ensure all consultations, prescriptions, and updates are properly documented.
• Follow all regulatory, clinical, and ethical standards required in Dubai.

6. Collaboration & Professional Conduct

• Work closely with the medical, nutrition, and operations teams to ensure high-quality patient experience.
• Participate in internal case discussions and program improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a professional, empathetic, and patient-focused approach at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution.
• Valid DHA License or Eligibility Letter (mandatory).
• Minimum 2–4 years of clinical experience as a GP.
• Experience in weight-management, lifestyle medicine, or preventive care is preferred.
• Strong ability to interpret blood test results and explain them to patients clearly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Must be based in Dubai and available for full-time employment.
