General Representative (Mandoop)

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Representative (Mandoop) to handle the collection of invoices from customers and carry out various administrative and operational tasks assigned by the manager. The ideal candidate should be proficient in both English and Arabic and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect invoices and payments from customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of collected invoices and submit them to the relevant department.
• Assist in delivering and collecting official documents as required.
• Carry out any additional tasks and responsibilities assigned by the manager.
• Ensure proper communication between the company and customers to maintain strong relationships.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while performing duties.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Proficiency in both English and Arabic
• Valid Kuwaiti driving license
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
