Summary:To ensure a safe working environment at project sites by implementing safety policies, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and company HSE standards.Roles &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop, implement, and monitor project-specific HSE plans and procedures.</li><li>Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and recommend control measures.</li><li>Ensure compliance with local safety regulations, client requirements, and company policies.</li><li>Carry out site safety inspections, audits, and daily safety walks.</li><li>Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and prepare detailed reports with corrective actions.</li><li>Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and training sessions for site personnel.</li><li>Monitor and ensure proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).</li><li>Coordinate with project teams to ensure safe execution of work activities.</li><li>Maintain all HSE documentation, records, and reports.</li><li>Liaise with regulatory authorities and client representatives on safety matters.</li><li>Promote a safety culture and ensure continuous improvement in safety performance.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in engineering (preferably Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial) or equivalent.</li><li>Professional certifications such as NEBOSH IGC / IOSH preferred.</li><li>10 years of experience in construction, oil &amp; gas, or industrial projects</li><li>Proven experience in project site safety management.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From KD250.000 per monthWork Location: In person
