Senior Sales Executive

Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team in Kuwait, representing SANY - one of the world’s leading manufacturers of heavy equipment.

The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with proven sales expertise to drive business growth and build lasting client relationships in the construction and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

· Sell SANY heavy equipment products including excavators, cranes, loaders, etc.

· Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic sales plans

· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

· Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and site visits

· Prepare technical and commercial proposals tailored to client needs

Qualifications & Requirements:

· A university degree from an accredited university is required.

· A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field will be an asset.

· Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in heavy equipment

· Strong technical understanding of heavy machinery and equipment applications

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

· Valid driving license

·* Fluent in English and Arabic *is mandatory

Preferred Skills:

· Experience working with international equipment brands

· Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
