Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis on industry trends, competitors, and markets.
- Collect, interpret, and present qualitative & quantitative data from multiple reliable sources.
- Prepare detailed research reports, summaries, and presentations for management decision-making.
- Support business strategy and project planning through evidence-based insights.
- Maintain updated knowledge of industry developments, regulations, and best practices.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide research inputs for proposals, marketing, and operations.
- Identify gaps, opportunities, and risks through data-driven insights.
Skills Required
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written & verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in research methodologies (primary & secondary).
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
- Ability to interpret statistical data and create meaningful insights.
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving approach.
- Time management and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience Required
- Minimum 1.5–2 years of relevant experience as a Research Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Hands-on experience in market research, competitor analysis, and data interpretation.
- Experience in preparing client-ready research reports and presentations.
