Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented General Sales Manager to lead and oversee the company’s sales operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, managing the sales team, expanding market presence, and driving revenue growth across all product lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company objectives
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve performance targets
• Identify new business opportunities across corporate, healthcare, government, and private sectors
• Oversee key account management and high-value client relationships
• Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular management reports
• Collaborate with Marketing, Production, and Operations to ensure seamless service delivery
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to strengthen market positioning
• Establish clear KPIs and performance standards for the sales department

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in sales management or senior sales roles
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and leading teams
• Strong negotiation, leadership, and strategic planning skills
• Experience in mobility, automotive, healthcare, or technical solutions is advantageous
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
