General Services Supervisor (Equipment)

To supervise and ensure the efficient operation, maintenance, and availability of equipment within the Facilities Management Division. The role focuses on monitoring performance, coordinating maintenance activities, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Supervise daily operations related to equipment within assigned facilities.
  • Monitor equipment performance and ensure proper functioning at all times.
  • Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities with technical teams.
  • Ensure all equipment is operated in compliance with safety standards and company policies.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify faults, risks, or inefficiencies.
  • Maintain records of equipment status, maintenance schedules, and service reports.
  • Liaise with contractors and service providers for repairs and maintenance work.
  • Ensure timely reporting of breakdowns and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Support inventory control for spare parts and equipment usage.
  • Train and guide technicians/operators on proper equipment handling and safety procedures.


Qualifications & Requirements:


  • Education: Technical Diploma (Mechanical / Electrical or related field)
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of similar experience in facilities management or maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of equipment operation and maintenance practices
  • Familiarity with safety standards and operational procedures
  • Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation
