General Subject Teacher (On-site)

Location: Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi
Job Type: Full-time / On-site
Shift: Day shift 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate General Subject Teacher to join our academic team. The teacher will be responsible for delivering lessons across multiple subjects (English, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies) at the primary/middle school level. The ideal candidate will possess strong subject knowledge, effective classroom management skills, and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the curriculum.
• Teach multiple subjects (English, Math, Science, Social Studies) as required.
• Assess students’ progress through tests, assignments, and class participation.
• Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a positive, respectful learning environment.
• Develop and implement creative teaching methods to meet diverse student needs.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and progress reports.
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school activities.
• Ensure adherence to school policies, values, and educational standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education / English / Science / Mathematics or relevant field. (B.Ed/M.Ed preferred)
• Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience (preferably in a school setting).
• Strong subject knowledge across general subjects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire students.
• Proficiency in lesson planning, classroom management, and student assessment.
• Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and educational technology.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
