Duties and Responsibilities

• Participate in daily operations meetings to monitor project performance and support project teams.

• Work closely with project superintendents to ensure smooth project execution and approve execution plans.

• Review project schedules, contribute to planning, and request updates as needed to meet goals.

• Maintain knowledge of project contracts and scopes to support team success.

• Address technical challenges and provide solutions to enhance project efficiency and quality.

• Manage client relationships when necessary, communicating progress and ensuring satisfaction.

• Monitor project safety, schedule, quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction, and initiate corrective actions as needed.

• Oversee project budgets and financial performance, supporting superintendents in tracking and invoicing.

• Assist with cost optimization and financial planning for self-performance tasks.

• Lead training, retention, and development initiatives for project supervision staff.

• Implement policies and process improvements for field supervision.

• Foster a positive, excellence-driven team culture focused on continuous improvement.

• Promote and enforce a strong culture of safety and compliance on all projects.

• Monitor and recommend enhancements to safety protocols.

• Ensure consistent quality control measures and follow-through on quality plans with project superintendents.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of related experience as a project superintendent or equivalent

• Four-year degree in engineering, construction technology/management, or business preferred

• Proven ability to lead teams with strong planning and execution skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• High energy, integrity, and work ethic

• Proficient computer skills; experience with Microsoft Office, P6, Procore, and Bluebeam preferred
