Imran Idrees Group of Companies, a leading healthcare provider in the region, is seeking a skilled and dedicated General Surgeon to join our growing medical team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced surgeon to take on a leadership role and contribute to the delivery of high-quality surgical care in a well-equipped clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform general surgical procedures with a high standard of care and patient safety.

· Lead and supervise the surgical team, including junior doctors, nurses, and support staff.

· Collaborate with other departments to ensure comprehensive patient management.

· Participate in clinical audits, case reviews, and quality improvement initiatives.

· Provide mentorship and training to junior surgical staff.

· Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, safety guidelines, and hospital policies.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

· MBBS with specialization in General Surgery from a recognized institution.(FCPS)

· Valid PMDC/PMC registration.

· Minimum 3–4 years of independent surgical experience post-specialization.

· Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
