General Surgeon Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Clinical Practice: Diagnose and treat surgical conditions, perform complex operations (laparoscopic, robotic), manage pre- and post-operative care, and handle emergencies.
• Leadership & Training: Lead surgical teams, supervise junior doctors (residents, fellows), mentor staff, and participate in hospital committees.
• Patient Care: Conduct thorough assessments, explain procedures and risks to patients/families, ensure patient rights, and maintain accurate records.
• Quality & Development: Drive performance improvement, implement new technologies, develop treatment protocols, and contribute to research and education.
• Collaboration: Work closely with nurses, anesthesiologists, and other medical professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.
