The salary for this position is $414,000 annually, based on a full-time schedule. Compensation is prorated for part-time roles. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, and internal equity.

Qualifications

Mass General Brigham is seeking a Full-Time Board Certified or Board Eligible General Surgeon to join our thriving team of three general and minimally invasive surgeons at Cooley Dickinson Hospital in Northampton, Massachusetts. What You'll Do

  • Acute care surgery model with day and night PA in house support – one week of hospital only coverage (1:4)

  • Office weeks include one day in the OR (block time is immediate), one admin day, and 3 8-hour clinic days

  • Seasoned NP in the office to see post op patients

  • Procedure room in the office for minor procedures

  • Breast, colorectal, and bread and butter general surgery case mix; no vascular surgery, no robot

  • Collaborative hospitalist team for admission of non-op patients
