General Technician

We are seeking a skilled and reliable General Technician with at least 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of building maintenance, HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and other general repair duties typically needed in a hospitality setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting for all hotel facilities and equipment.
• Ensure the smooth operation of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Respond quickly to guest complaints or requests related to maintenance issues.
• Coordinate with the hotel management team to ensure that all repairs and maintenance are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies in the performance of all tasks.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry.
• Proven expertise in general maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
• Must be an urgent joiner—candidates with a notice period will not be considered.
• Own visa will be an added point.
