GENERAL TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

• Has an advanced understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques with strong electrical, electronic, and mechanical skills
• In-depth knowledge of air conditioning and refrigeration, plumbing pneumatic/electronic systems and controls, carpentry and finish skills, kitchen equipment, vehicles, energy conservation, etc.
• Minimum 1 - 2 years experience in a similar role with a good understanding of English, both written and oral.
• A certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology, or a relevant field is preferred
• Effective problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multi-task in a busy environment and adheres to the hotel's Standard Operating Procedures.
