General Technician

The General Technician is responsible for day-to-day maintenance and repair of store equipment and facilities. The role supports smooth store operations by handling basic electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and civil maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out basic electrical work including lighting, switches, sockets, and minor wiring repairs
• Handle plumbing tasks such as leakage repairs, blockages, and fixture maintenance
• Support maintenance of air conditioning, exhaust, and ventilation systems
• Assist in upkeep of coffee machines, refrigerators, freezers, ovens, and dishwashers
• Perform minor civil works such as painting, tiling, carpentry, and furniture repairs
• Conduct routine checks and preventive maintenance of store equipment
• Respond to breakdowns and maintenance requests promptly
• Maintain basic maintenance records and report issues to the supervisor
• Ensure safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards are followed
• Coordinate with vendors or senior technicians when required

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a General Technician or similar role
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and refrigeration systems
• Ability to handle tools and maintenance equipment safely
• Willingness to work flexible hours and attend emergency calls

Working Conditions:

• Field-based role covering multiple stores, if applicable.
• Flexible working hours and on-call availability for emergencies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
