General Technician

Skills Required:

· Trade Diploma or 2 years working experience in GCC

· knowledgeable and skills for electrical installation, maintenance and repair of electrical systems such as motor, electrical appliance and lighting system, generator, pumps and kitchen equipment electrical and gas

· Can read electrical drawings

· Good knowledge of General maintenance.

· Able to understand English

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Install, maintain and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems.

· Read electrical technical diagrams of electrical control & appliance.

· Perform general electrical maintenance for Kitchen, Home Appliances, pumps, Generators.

· Inspect transformers and circuit breakers and other electrical components.

· Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate of testing devices in daily complaint received.

· Repair and replace equipment, electrical wiring, or fixtures the apartment & in common area.

· Follow National Electrical Code state and local building regulations.

· Conduct Circuit breaker corrective maintenance.

· Good knowledge of electrical and Mechanical system.

· To carry out PPM for electrical, kitchen, household and gas appliance.

· Provide complete report upon completion of task as assigned by the supervisor.

· To maintain stock / materials for any contingency

Pay: AED2,300.00 per month
