General Technician (Automotive Industry) – Bahraini

Job Overview

Our client in Bahrain is seeking a skilled General Technician with experience in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for carrying out vehicle service, inspection, minor repairs, and ensuring all maintenance tasks are completed to high quality and safety standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Secondary School Certificate or Diploma in a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in automotive service/maintenance
• Equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience may be considered
• Prior experience in the automotive industry is mandatory

Key Responsibilities

• Perform physical inspections of vehicle service points
• Carry out standard vehicle servicing and steam cleaning
• Execute minor repair tasks including tyre removal, alignment, and wheel balancing
• Conduct acid stripping on wheel and metal surfaces when required
• Identify and report additional repair needs during inspections
• Ensure all customer service requirements are completed accurately and on time
• Properly use, maintain, and care for tools and workshop equipment
• Complete assigned maintenance and repair tasks within set deadlines
• Meet productivity targets defined by the department
• Follow all quality standards, procedures, and operational policies
• Adhere to Environment, Health, Safety & Quality (EHSQ) guidelines at all times
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: BD400.000 - BD550.000 per month
