GENERAL TECHNICIAN FOR WORKSHOP

We are looking for a skilled and reliable General Technician to join our workshop team. The ideal candidate will have experience in diagnosing, repairing and maintaining a variety of household and commercial appliances.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair faults in cookers (gas and electric), refrigerators, washing machines and dryers.
• Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on appliances.
• Replace defective parts using appropriate hand tools and resting equipment.
• Provide on-site service at customer locations or perform repairs in the workshop.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used and service reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and manufacturer guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding issues. solutions and preventive care
• Stay updated on new appliance technologies and repair techniques.
